Veronika is leaving for cheerleading practice. Little does she know that Kianna, her arch-rival, is hiding in her apartment and after Veronika leaves, Kianna saws one of her heels in half on a pair of dress shoes that Veronika has set out to wear to a party later. Veronika returns and strips down and showers and comes back to get dressed. Once she is all dolled up, she starts to walk and he heel breaks off. Kianna jumps out of hiding a proceeds to twist, stomp, and pulverize Veronika's ankle and then leaves her on the floor in severe pain. Veronika tries to leave and falls and finally crawls away only to return later in a bandage and crutches. She falls asleep after calling her cheerleading coach to report that she is injured, only to find out that Kianna has replaced her on the squad.
