Tara is a presidential candidate being guarded by Wonder Woman. The Evil Seductress is able to capture both of them and hopes to brain wash them into being her love slaves once Tara becomes president. Both Wonder Woman and Tara are unable to fight the brain-washing device and are helpless against the attacks. Wonder Woman is able to escape but poor Tara is left to the devices of Evil Seductress who uses a special cigarette to control her. Later we find Wonder Woman finds Tara back at her office - smoking a cigarette. She doesn't realize that Tara's mind is being controlled by Evil Seductress who has plans to recapture WW all with a little help from her special cigarettes. Unedited version of video.
