Renee needs to get something that's on the top shelf of the closet - she's wearing extremely high heels when she steps on the step ladder to reach the box. As she's getting down, her shoe gets caught in the rung and she twists her knee as she falls hard to the floor. She cries in vain and calls for her roommates help when she finds that she can't walk. Alyssa comes to help - giving Renee a hand in walking to the couch. Alyssa tries to help Renee - seeing if she can bend the hurt knee or put weight on it before rubbing Renee's leg to make it feel better.
