The Sleeper is slowly working his way through the league of superheroines but he also has plans for one or two of the villainess'. He first springs a trap for the elusive Catwoman. Once she has her claws out ready to strike, he zaps her with his sleeping powder and puts her right into la-la land. As she's dreaming of catnip, he steals part of her ensemble. He taunts her - setting traps - putting her to sleep numerous times. In the second scenario, we find Supergirl tempting fate against the Sleeper. She's looking for her friends Wonder Woman and Batgirl -- only to fall into the Sleepers trap. She's knocked out by the sleep powder and various parts of her costume are stolen as souvenirs by the Sleeper. If you like watching the superheroine/villainess fall into the hands of the enemy, short/quick knockouts (with sleeping powder or gas) and watching the girls sleeping -- this is a great addition to your collection.
