SHIPPING and ORDERING FAQ'S.....

This page has been created to hopefully answer any and all questions that  you may have about the shipping and ordering of merchandise!   If i've omitted something....please let me know!  All monies referred to are in US currency.   *** PLEASE - IF YOU WRITE TO US....MAKE SURE YOU IDENTIFY YOURSELF AND INCLUDE AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE IN YOUR EMAIL!

...SHIPPING INFORMATION...

HOW ARE THE ITEMS PACKAGED:

• U.S. items are packaged in a padded envelope and mailed first class US postal service.

• EUROPE/PACIFIC RIM items are sent in a padded envelope with the required customs form attached stating that the contents are a product sample (charge varies by location...usual charge from $5.00 to $10.00).  ALWAYS SHIPPED AIR MAIL!

• You may request another form of packaging, ie: box or padded envelope.   Please specify on order form.

ARE THERE IDENTIFYING LABELS ON THE TAPES:

• There are no content labels on any of the merchandise.  There is a copyright seal that I require.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE

• All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt unless notification on the sites states otherwise (ie: vacation, etc.)

• The usual delivery time of First Class Mail is from 2-7 days.  AIR MAIL takes from 2-4 weeks depending upon customs.

• OVERNIGHT U.S.:  as stated on the order form, all orders for overnight MUST have a street address.  If you provide a PO box number, the order will be processed as a priority mail order.  AIRBORNE EXPRESS is the usual carrier for our overnight business.  There are some areas of the country that do NOT receive overnight service....they should expect 2 day service.   Also, overnight orders for single videos must be received prior to 12 p.m. Eastern time for expected overnight delivery.  Multiple video orders will be processed and shipped the following day.   Videos are dubbed upon receipt of the order.

• OVERNIGHT INTERNATIONAL:  NOT available!  We do not routinely offer overnight service to foreign countries.  The rates are phenomenal.  The U.S. Postal Service now provides a GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL service which is supposed to receive priority service over Air mail.  The rate is not much higher than the usual Air Mail charge....if you want information on Global Priority Mail to international destinations...please email Renee here:  risquerenee@cybrmail.com

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE....WHAT DO I DO?

• How long have you waited for the package?  If you think it's longer than the usual expected delivery time, please write to Renee here and she can check the date of when the package was sent risquerenee@cybrmail.com and we can always reship the package to you!  Just let me know!  Mail does get stolen and/or lost!  I like to give U.S. orders at least 7 business days for arrival - International AIR MAIL orders 3 weeks.

• Please be aware that some international deliveries do get caught up in customs!  It happens very INfrequently...probably one out of every one hundred packages sent overseas.  It may be necessary for us to reship the package.   Please note that it is NOT my fault so don't write to me with a nasty attitude!!

I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE....BUT THE FOLLOWING IS TRUE:

• It's the wrong video!  Well,  sometimes this happens!  Just alert us to the situation and we can rectify the problem! email to jkraft@cybrmail.com
• There is something wrong with the video when I play it.....no audio, video missing....   Please write to us here and let us know the problem!  jkraft@cybrmail.com
• It's not what I expected:  Unless there is something physically wrong with the tape (destroyed upon mailing, audio problems etc.) there are absolutely NO returns on tapes.
• ****NEVER EVER EVER RETURN A TAPE TO US UNLESS WE ASK YOU TO!  If you have a tape that was destroyed during shipping, has an audio problem, etc. please do not return it to us!  We WILL NOT credit the postage to you if you do!

...ORDERING INFORMATION...

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ORDERING THINGS:

Aside from all of the above shipping information.... You may find it necessary to know the following:

• VISA/MASTERCARD charges will reflect the name National Resource Group, Inc. or NRG on your statement.
• ****IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY THAT WE HAVE YOUR BILLING ADDRESS WHEN ORDERING....WHY?  SO THAT WE CAN VERIFY THE VERACITY OF THE CHARGE WITH THE MERCHANT.  ANY AND ALL ORDERS THAT OMIT YOUR BILLING ADDRESS WILL BE DECLINED. The billing address is the address that your credit card company sends your statement to.....not the credit card companies address!
• We DO NOT give out, sell or otherwise infringe upon your email address privacy.  We require it for the sole purpose of notifying you of any problems with ordering! 
• If you are a member of my PRIVATE AREA....please note when ordering - the online shopping cart DOES NOT recognize club members - all discounts must be applied manuall.   All members are verified for current status and applicable discount is applied to the order.
